Hello. My name is Beth Purkiss. I have been taking photos for about 9 years now. I started out buying a new camera because I had a new baby and wanted "good photos" of him. After purchasing my camera, its been 9 years and I cant seem to put it down! I've taken a few photography courses online and I feel its time now to offer what I can do to help capture and keep those precious memories to others! I began taking shops and courses in photography shortly after to improve on what I already loved to do. Photography classes and workshops are on-going for me now. I am a mother to three boys and Im happily married to my husband of 11 years. We currently reside in Yorktown, Va. I love photography but also love fishing, reading, the beach, and shopping. I enjoy taking photos in their natural form as well as posed head shots. I encourage you to just do what you do naturally and allow me to photograph at will. There will be times where I may help direct the photo but for the most part, the best photos are not forced. |
